Agile Roles
Describe how agile and scrum are used in this team or organization. How are the roles, such as product owner, scrum master, etc., filled? Are there specific departments? Are teams cross-functional?
If the organization does not use agile, describe how it currently executes projects using some of the key agile roles (product owner, stakeholders, scrum master or project manager, and developers).
Organizational Impact
If your team already uses agile and scrum, describe what works well and what could be improved.
If your team does not use agile and scrum, use the same process. What is working already? What could be improved with agile and scrum?
How does your organization and team measure success? What organization-level KPIs are used? What project-level (agile) metrics are used? How are they measured? Are they used to improve processes?
Strategy
If your team already uses agile and scrum, describe specifically what you think could be improved. How would you measure success? What is the timeline to determine success? How would you iterate to improve?
If your team does not use agile or scrum, how would you go about introducing these concepts to the team and organization?
Treat this as a project plan. What are the key milestones and checkpoints to work toward this goal?
How would you suggest implementing the agile concepts you learned in this course in the context of your organization and project?
What would be your agile metrics and organizational KPIs? How would you use them to measure success and improve?
Conclusion
Summarize the value proposition to the organization to implement or improve the current agile process.
Summarize the specific agile metrics and project KPIs that would demonstrate increased value to the customer and/or the organization (e.g., increased sales or cost savings).
How long would it take to determine whether the new processes are adding value?
Depending on the project, this may be realized quickly or may take several quarters.
